Cheers everyone!

I hope you're all doing well. It's been brilliant to just have time to myself over the past week. Taking time to shoot, film, exercise, meditate, explore etc. has really allowed me time to recuperate and relax.

When you have this time- I truly encourage various sessions of self-reflection. No one can know yourself better than you- am I wrong? Take some time with yourself and get to know hidden things that even you didn't realize. How great it is to truly know yourself, inside out?

Self reflection may come with a lot of hurt, a lot of anger, self-loathing, happiness etc...why hide yourself from these emotions? For me, fashion has become the one of the many things that brings emotions out of me that nothing else will. I use my body as a canvas, in that form. Dressing it up, down, or not at all. In each stage I find another emotion, another side of me that I hadn't yet explored.

How sad would it be to get to the end of your life and not know who you are?

Find yourself, love yourself and be yourself.

With that being said, I put together an outfit and shot it at my old elementary school. I always found nostalgia to be one of my favourite feelings. Sneakers, pink (my favourite colour) and loose fitting clothes. Bliss. Here's today's #OOTD:

zara top + denim culottes / white nikes

white low-cut nikes
h&m earrings

Get to know yourself. You'll thank yourself for it later.
