Something to Try: Greek Yogurt and Granola

Hello!

Last night I was seriously craving something sweet, so I decided to come up with another food that was healthy, and could curve my cravings. I picked up some Vanilla Greek Yogurt, and the rest was already in the kitchen. If you've been keeping up with my blog, you've already made the connection that this is a good example of a Fast Food!

I used a recipe from chow.com to make the granola to top off my yogurt. Find the recipe here. I didn't use the 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, but 2 instead. The honey and coconut shavings as well as the yogurt made it sweet enough for me. I plan on only using 1tablespoon next time. Instead of using nuts and dried fruits, I tried my fav- coconut! This was a great snack, I loved every bite! It curved my craving for sweet foods while keeping me on the healthy side. Try it and tell me what you think!
