New Summer Fitness Plan

Hi All!

I don't know about you all, but I know that the summer is slowly taking its toll on my body. My lack of workouts isn't necessarily showing, but I can definitely feel it! I am my worst critic, so I have to learn how to stay content with who I am so as not to set unrealistic goals and higher disappointments- but starting today I'm officially starting my new fitness plan.

My body type (a mesomorph) gains and loses weight quite easily, so I'm setting a realistic goal for myself. I re-started my account on 17fitclub today for an easy access workout. They aren't too long, but they definitely get the job done! I will also be doing workouts from the Nike Training Club app on my ipod, and as I stated in an earlier post, I will be doing Blogilates after each workout. I've also put a stern lock on my diet. I definitely need to lay off the cakes and chips when I get hungry! I'm turning to fruits for each snack if possible. This DOES include yogurt with fruits, dried fruits, berries, whole fruits and fruits with dressings such as peanut butter or almond butter. As for veggies, I will get my serving of those during dinner, and any post dinner snacks.

My whole fitness plan is set up just to keep me on track. By no means is this a crash diet or workout plan. My goal is to lose about 5lbs-8lbs in the next two weeks. My body "inspiration" is Demi Lovato!

I already know the controversy among these photos and Demi being "fat", but to me her body is gorgeous! I definitely look up to her in terms of being a great role model for girls who have self esteem issues. Although Demi is shorter and smaller than me, we are both naturally built curvy and fit, so choosing her as a "fitspiration" seemed pretty fitting to me. 

I will try my best and keep you all updated! This is going to be hard, but I know I can do it- I just need some motivation and a good mindset!
