Breakfast with Benefits

Good Morning!

For breakfast today I tried one of the recipes featured on the Blogilates site. It's called the Berrylicious Microwave Muffin- and it was berrylicious! I like this recipe because it takes little time to make, and keeps you full. Another thing I love about this muffin is that it keeps me FULL. It's low calorie, and definitely helps curve my cravings for sweet foods. It's perfect for a quick morning on your way to work or school! I topped my muffin off with honey to add a bit of sweetness.

 Included in this photo is a wrap I have quite often for breakfast. Here's the recipe:

- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla 
- 1 egg
- Sandwich Meat (optional)
- Cheese

--> First place the sandwich meat inside of the tortilla. Scramble the eggs to your liking, and place down the middle of the tortilla, on top of the meat. Grater some cheese on the top of the eggs- the cheese should melt from the heat of the eggs! Serve with salsa. Enjoy!

I let my Grandma have some of my muffin and made my sister a wrap of her own- I got nothing but good reviews for taste. Let me know if you try some of these recipes, and how you liked them!
