Wild and Free

I set my mane free today!
After a month of "Poetic Justice" braids, I took them out last night.
I work my hair out today in a regular puff, it wasn't really stretched enough to do much else. Here are the results:

On the way to the mall! I was so proud of my hair.

Later on when I was prepping my hair for a well needed cleansing, I took the twists and was left with beautifully defined twist outs! Here a look:

I'm planning on wearing my hair like this tomorrow for Easter dinner. I'll be adding cute little bow clips I bought today, and my hair will be more stretched, and a nicer, fuller afro puff is anticipated!!

Here's a quick explanation on how I washed a moisturized my hair:

1) conditioned with "Curls Coconut Sublime Conditionerr" --> detangled in sections
2) Used the "Miss Jessie's Super Sweetback Treatment" > left in for 30 minutes.
3) Washed out treament and detangled with "Denman D3 Brush"
4) Sectioned off hair, and moisturized each section with Grape-Seed Oil and Kinky Curly Knot Today Leave-In Conditioner, then flat twisted.

I've got it wrapped with my beautiful knot wrap from lush right now. I'm going to take it out tomorrow and refresh it a bit with some water. I'll try and make a post about my hair and what I'm wearing to Easter Dinner!

Happy Easter Everyone!
